Pricing and Payment

Service estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of booking. Additional repairs or replacement parts discovered during the service may result in updated pricing, which will always be discussed before any extra work begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to HVAC equipment and ensuring that pets, valuables, or other obstacles do not interfere with the work area. If access is restricted or unsafe, AirFix reserves the right to reschedule or decline service until proper conditions are met

Warranty and Liability

AirFix stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Labor warranties apply only to services performed by our technicians and are subject to the specific warranty terms provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible equipment and parts. AirFix is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our control
